For our client based in Amsterdam we are looking for a:

Corporate Senior Recruitment Manager

Our client is the 3rd fastest growing start-up in the US after Drop Box and Airbnb. The owner has been a leading man within Google and also managed the online campaign for Obama during his first election. The office in Amsterdam will be the headquarters for entire Europe. Therefore we are looking for a senior corporate recruitment manager that has experience in growing commercial teams. From 12 FTE to 40 within this year is a challenge!

The role
– Collaborate with the sales team in Amsterdam and the States to create plans and achieve these goals
– Create a resource strategy to find the best candidates in the market
– Development of a fast and structured interview process, including resourcing, reference checking and salary negotiations
– Together with management creating a strategy on expanding the business
– Setting quarterly goals
– Assisting in setting up recruitment projects, recruitment tools, et cetera

Profile
– Multiple years of inhouse recruitment experience in a similar market
– Knowing technical terms like Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Ruby
– Excellent resourcing skills and acting like a representative for the company
– Strong experience creating massive growth within one single company
– Strategically knowledge
– Entire lifecycle recruitment experience, including making offers and closing candidates
– Perfect English
– Working within one single IT company for a longer period of time
– Experience in setting up career events / trade fairs / online campaigns
– Senior recruiter or managerial level
